Important Instructions/ Update For Kashmir University Post Graduation 2022 Entrance Aspirants - Kashmir Student
➡️ All Semester based Students of any College or University please note that Maximum Marks to be put in Admission/Job or Other Application Forms are the Grade Points according to the Grade Point System followed by respective College or University.
➡️ All J&K Universities and hence Colleges follow “10” point grading system,so in Maximum Marks column, Semester based (CBCS/NON-CBCS) students have to put 10 as Maximum Marks.
➡️ Students who have studied or are studying in Universities/Colleges outside J&K,have to put Maximum Marks according to the Grade Point System followed by their Institute of study (It can be 10,9,7,5 etc).
➡️ In Minimum Marks column students have to put the Grade Points obtained (i.e., CGPA= Cumulative Grade Points Average) out of Maximum Grade Points.
● For Example:- A student of Semester System(CBCS/NON-CBCS) of any Degree College of Kashmir has obtained 6.8 CGPA in graduation, then
▪︎ Max.Marks= 10
▪︎ Min. Marks=6.8
➡️ In case of students who have not studied under Semester System,they have to put Maximum Marks as 2400, 1800, 1500 etc as the case may be and Marks obtained out of these as Minimum Marks.
● For Example:- A student of Yearly or Non-Semester System of any Degree College of Kashmir has obtained 1500 marks in graduation, then
▪︎ Max.Marks= 1800 (Example)
▪︎ Min. Marks= 1500
