The engagement against the advertised posts shall be purely on Academic Arrangement basis only without conferment of any right for regular appointment against these posts. For a period of one year extendable up to maximum of six years (on yearly basis subject to the satisfactory performance) or till the selection is made by the competent authority on regular basis whichever is earlier.

1. The selected candidates must be in possession of all required documents at the time of document verification and no document /certificate issued beyond the cut-off date shall be accepted /entertained.
2. The appointment under these rules shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regular appointment.
3. Further, the appointment on academic arrangement basis shall by itself stand terminated on the attainment of 65 years of age by the appointee.
4. The academic arrangement shall cease on joining of regular appointed candidates
selected and posted by the competent authority on regular basis.
5. The selected candidates shall have to enter into an agreement that they will not leave
the institution before the completion of one-year contract. Abandoning/terminating of the arrangement as the case may be, will require one month's prior notice on either side failing which the salary shall not be paid for one month to the incumbent which
