Advertisement notice for the post of Legal Assistant & Junior Legal Assistant in Junio the J&K Legal Services Authority for Divisional cadre Jammu/ Kashmir. 

Advertisement Notice No. :01 of 2023 Dated 16 .01. 2023 

Applications through online mode are invited from applicants who are  domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir possessing the prescribed Academic/Professional qualification and age for the following posts. 

Last date for filing of online Application form complete in all respects along with the requisite fee (online mode only) is 29.01.2023. The  application received through any other means mode than the  prescribed, shall not be considered and accepted. The link for submission of online application form shall be active from 18.01.2023 (12.00 am) to 29.01.2023(11.59 pm). 

The last date for receipt of online Applications provided in the notification shall be the cut-off date for determining the eligibility as  regards acquisition of Domicile Certificate, educational and professional qualifications. 

There will be Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The minimum and maximum age will however be reckoned with reference to 1st January 2023.Candidates are not required to submit hard copy or any other documents to the JKSLSA. The candidates who have already applied for the post of Legal Assistant, Junior Legal Assistant or both in pursuance to advertisement notice No.01 of 2021 dated 08.03.2021 are also required to register themselves and fill up online form without paying any further fee. The eligibility criteria with respect to the age for such candidates who have already applied i.e. upper age limit etc. shall remain the same as notified in the previous advertisement notice No.01of 2021 dated 08.03.2021.
