Nursing College - Tutor
Eligibility
M. Sc. (Nursing) OR B. Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic B. Sc. (Nursing) with 1-year experience.
1. The applications shall have to be submitted through the University portal www.iust.ac.in under the specified tab.
2. Candidates will have to produce original documents relating to their qualification, experience etc. at the time of appearing in the interview.
3. No TA/DA shall be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
4. Only post qualification experience shall be considered.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:-
I. Emoluments:
- Lecturer : Rs. 28,000/- per month
- Tutor : Rs. 25,000/- per month

As per University norms applicable to contractual employees.
III. How to Apply:
The eligible candidate shall apply online and then submit the downloaded application form, complete in all respects and duly supported by attested copies of all relevant documents, certificates, and testimonials in the office of concerned Dean of School (Dean School of Engineering & Technology, IUST in case of Lecturers and Dean School of Health Sciences , IUST in case of Tutors) ) on any working day by or before the last date for submission of hardcopies, failing which the online application form submitted by the candidates shall not be considered.
IV. Selection process:
Selection shall be on the basis of interview for which the date(s) shall be notified separately. In case, the number of applications is more, the interview shall be preceded by shortlisting which shall be done on the basis of academic merit at B. E./B. Tech. level and interview in ratio of 50:50. For one vacancy 20 candidates and for every subsequent vacancy 5 additional candidates shall be short listed (if required) for interview.

5. Eligible candidates will be informed about the date and place of interview through University website / e-mail/ whichever suitable. However, University does not take any responsibility for non-receipt or delayed receipt of the intimation by a candidate.
6. Candidates who have been awarded postgraduate/Ph. D degree from Foreign University should enclose Equivalence Certificate” issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi without which their candidature will not be considered, and application form will be rejected.
7. All relevant information /updates shall be uploaded on University website www.iust.ac.in. The candidates are advised to remain in touch with University website and notifying the same in newspapers shall not be obligatory on University part.
8. The University reserves the right to alter/insert any corrections/additions in the advertisement/website in the event of any typographical error etc. before the last date prescribed for the receipt of applications, for which the candidates are advised to remain in touch with the official website: www.iust.ac.in.
9. The University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidate(s) at any stage in the process of selection in case any inadvertent mistake is detected even after the issue of appointment letter notice.
10. The University reserves the right to terminate the contract mid-way in view of unsatisfactory performance of the candidate by giving one-month notice or one-month salary in lieu of notice.
11. The candidate who intends to resign shall have to submit one-month notice in advance or one-month salary in lieu of notice.
