JKSSB Provisional Selection List of candidates of NEET MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS Courses 2022, belonging to the UT of J&K/Ladakh - Kashmir Student
Consequent upon declaration of the NEET PG 2022 result by the National Board of Examination (NBE) for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses 2022 on 01-06-2022 and for MDS course 2022 on 27-05-2022, a tentative score list on the basis of NEET data received by the BOPEE from the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, was notified vide Notification No. 050-BOPEE of 2022 dated 07-07-2022. All such candidates belonging to UT of J&K / Ladakh who had appeared in NEET PG Courses 2022 but their Roll Numbers did not figure in Annexure “A” or Annexure ‘’B’’ of the Notification No. 050-BOPEE of 2022 dated 07-07-2022 were asked to submit their all relevant documents to the BOPEE office Jammu/ Srinagar physically upto 13-07-2022 and after receipt of such documents from few candidates the Board included their Roll Numbers in the list of candidates belonging to the UT of J&K/Ladakh and notified the list vide Notice No. 023-BOPEE of 2022 dated 22-07-2022.
The Board vide Notification No. 060-BOPEE of 2022 dated 20-09-2022 after notifying the schedule for online registration of eligible candidates of UT of J&K/ Ladakh for preparation of the Provisional Merit List (PML), issued the Provisional Merit Lists, vide Notification No. 66-BOPEE of 2022 dated 30-09-2022 of the candidates, who had participated in the registration process and whose details are available in the Annexure “A” , “B” & “C” of the said Notification for submission of objection, if any, against their positions assigned to them in the list.
The Board received the deficient documents from few candidates in response to Notification No. 066-BOPEE of 2022 dated 30-9-2022 and accordingly, prepared the Rank-Wise Provisional Merit Lists (PML) of MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS 2022 Courses of J&K/ Ladakh. The schedule for online counselling for submission of preferences for allotment of college / courses w.e.f 08-10-2022 to 10-10-2022 (midnight) was notified vide Notification No. 067-BOPEE of 2022 dated 04-10-2022 and after considering the online preferences given by the candidates for various courses / seats / institutions, and on the basis of the merit of the candidates read with the reservation rules and other statutory orders on the subject, the Board has enlisted/selected the candidates for provisional admission to the MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses 2022 in Government Medical College Jammu, Government Medical College Srinagar, SKIMS-Srinagar and
ASCOMS-Jammu, list whereof is annexed as Annexure "A" to this Notification and candidates provisionally selected for admission to MDS Course 2022 in GDC- Srinagar
and GDC-Jammu list whereof is annexed as Annexure “B” to this Notification. In case of
any information provided by the candidate(s) is proved to be false/fabricated/untrue at
any stage, the Board reserves the right to cancel the same and also take penal action, as
per relevant rules and also proceed against them in terms of SRO 158 (rule 12), which
interalia reads as under:-
"If at any stage it is detected by the Competent Authority or the Principal of the Medical College concerned that any candidate has secured
admission to a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma Course by fraud,
concealment of facts or
mis-statement, the admission of the candidate shall stand cancelled and such a candidate shall also stand debarred from seeking admission to any Post Graduate Degree and Diploma Course in future and shall also be
liable to criminal proceedings."
The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report at respective colleges/Institution allotted to them from the date of issuance of this notification list for

st Round of counselling w.e.f. 22nd October, 2022 to 25th October. 2022 (till 4.00 P.M)
positively. The candidates selected provisionally for admission to the courses/colleges
shall produce the following original documents with their photocopy to the college
authorities:-
(i) Matriculation Certificate;
(ii) MBBS/BDS Degree certificate;
(iii) Internship completion certificate;
(iv) MBBS/BDS Marks cards;
(v) NEET Result card (wherever applicable);
(vi) Domicile Certificate of candidates belonging to UT of J&K / Ladakh;
(vii) MCI/DCI J&K Medical/ Dental Counsel Registration Certificate);
(viii) Category certificate (wherever applicable);
(ix) Candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS Degree from outside country to
enclose MCI clearance/recognition certificate;
(x) NOC for seeking admission to MD/MS/PGD and MDS Courses from the competent authority in case of in-service candidates;
(xi) Proof of Identity by way of Adhaar Card, Driving License, Passport or any other verification document of identity as may be accepted by the Institute;
(xii) Any other document(s) as may be deemed necessary by the College;
(xiii) The service bond to be submitted by the candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh which
shall be provided to them by the concerned Colleges / Institution.
