Final Selection List of Candidates under PARVAAZ Scheme for free coaching for IAS/JKAS examinations - Kashmir Student
Whereas, PARVAAZ Qualifying Test (PQT) was conducted by Mission Youth on 15-05-2022 for
selection of candidates for the IAS/JKAS coaching program to be run by Mission Youth and the
result of the examination was declared on 28-06-2022. The minimum cut-off score in PQT for
consideration for the coaching program was kept as75;
Whereas, 30% of the seats are reserved for females and 10o/o of seats are reserved for exceptional cases to be nominated by the competent authority in the Government;
Whereas, provisional selection list of 900 candidates was issued on 31 -07-2022. The candidates with documentary deficiency were asked to attend the physical document verification from 2nd to 5th Aug, 2022. Also, female candidates with score of 75-99 were asked to attend fresh document verification from 6th to 12th Aug, 2022;
Whereas, preference were sought from candidates from 19-08-2022 to 21-08-2022 for allotment of institutes on merit-cum preference basis subject to availability of slots at a particular institute. lt was clearly stated in the notice that in case of non-submission of choices, the allotment shall be done by Mission Youth. ln response to the same, 686 candidates submitted choices;
Whereas, some candidates were still not able to submit documents during physical document verification due to various reasons and had sought some more time for submission of documents;
Based on the outcome of document verification and preference submitted by candidates, the final selection list of 899 candidates is being issued along with allotted institutes to the candidates (Annexure-A);
The candidates with documentary deficiencies and female candidates with score of 75 to 99 who could not submit the documents in time have also been allotted institutes but their candidature is being kept provisional. ln case of non-reporting and non-submission of documents at the allotted institutes within the specified time period, the candidature of such candidates shall be deemed to be cancelled;
The candidates figuring in this selection list shall note the following important points:
1. All the selected/provisionally selected candidates shall report at the allotted institution by or before 03-09-2022.
2. The candidates shall submit the following documents at the coaching institutes at the time
of admission :
