Applications as per Annexure “A” of this Notice, addressed to Chief Executive Officer, IWMP, J&K, Block-C, 2nd Floor, Old Secretariat Srinagar are invited from Domiciles of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory for contractual appointment of District Level Technical Experts, Accounts Assistants, Watershed Development Team members, Multi-tasking staff in various Districts of the UT on temporary basis (Annexure-B) for implementation of Watershed Development Component of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana 2.0.

Applications completed in all respects would be received by hand upto 15.07.2022, 4.00 PM.

Eligibility and Qualification Requirement:

District Level Technical Experts:

The candidate should be minimum of MSc/M.Tech in Civil/Agricultural /Horticulture/Hydrology/Soil Engineering /M.V.Sc in Animal Husbandry with good academic record from any recognized Institute/University recognized by the Universities of Jammu/Kashmir and J&K Government. The candidates should have 03 years of experience in the relevant field.

Accounts Assistant:

The candidate should be graduate in commerce subject with minimum 55% from any institute/University recognized by the University of Jammu/Kashmir and J&K Government. The experienced candidates shall be preferred.

Watershed Development Team member

Agriculture and Allied Subjects:

Agricultural graduate who has graduated from any institute recognized by the University of Jammu/Kashmir and J&K Government.

Soil and water Management Expert:

The candidate should be Civil/Agricultural Engineering graduate from any institute recognized by the University of Jammu/Kashmir and J&K Government.

 
Multi-tasking staff:

The candidate should be minimum 10th pass and maximum 12th pass.

Age of the candidate as on 01-01-2022 should not be more than 40 years for the general category and

43 years for the reserved category candidates.

Terms and Conditions:

The candidate should belong to concerned district for which applied. However, the recruiting agency is at liberty to select the candidates from the other districts, if suitable candidate from the same district is not available.

Candidate must be domicile of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.

The selected candidates (District Level Technical Experts, Watershed Development Team members, Accounts Assistants and multi-tasking staff) shall be paid a fixed remuneration as per guidelines governing the scheme.

There should not be any investigation/FIR pending in any Police Station /Crime Branch/Vigilance Organization/Court of Law/any Department against the applicant. Selected candidates have to furnish an affidavit to this effect and the antecedents would be confirmed from the concerned agencies before joining of the candidate.

The engagement shall be on temporary basis and shall not confer any right to the appointee for permanent absorption in Rural Development Department/Nodal Agency.

The engagement shall be for the project duration of IWMP 2.0. performance of the selected candidates shall be assessed on annual basis.

Nodal agency may terminate the services of the selected candidates anytime on the grounds of non/deficient performance/misbehaviour or any other ground which makes his continuation non conducive to the project performance or office working.

Candidates will submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents with their application form.

Provisional/Degree Certificate.

Marks certificate.

Domicile Certificate.

Date of Birth Certificate.
