CLASS IV Posts Reffered to JKSSB for Recruitment, Qualification for Class IV posts: 8th Minimum, 10+2 Maximum
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir hereby directs that;
“In the Subordinate Services Recruitment Rules or any other rules governing the service in the departments and the posts indicated in Annexure-A to this notification, the Class-IV posts having Pay Level SL-2 are placed in Pay Level SL-1. The existing employees working in these departments having Pay Level SL-2 shall continue in Pay Level SL-2 till vacation of these posts on account of promotion, death, retirement, etc." (...
