JK GAD Notice - Referral of Revenue Department vacancies to J&K Services Selection Board - Kashmir Student
The Revenue Department vide O.M. No. Rev-Adm/92l2021(86561) dated 07.01.2022 has conveyed 122 Non-Gazetted posts for further referral to the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board.
Among others, these 122 posts were referred to the Finance Department for concurrence in terms of Government order No.1136-GAD of 2018 dated 12.07.2018. In turn, the Finance Department vide U.O. No. FD-Code/85/2O21-02-77 dated 03.02.2022 has accorded concurrence subject to the following conditions:
i) The details of the posts regarding designation, numbers, eligibility criteria etc shall be checked with the Recruitment Rules of the concerned department by a committee to be constituted by General Administration Department with representatives from Finance Department, General Administration Department and the concerned department.
ii) Posts under direct recruitment quota shall be advertised under S.O. 192 dated 17.06.2020.
iii) Posts shall be available for referring under direct recruitment quota under relevant categories viz OM, RBA, SC/ST etc.
Subsequently. in view of the (i) above, this Department vide Government Order No.13I-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 06.02.2022, constituted a committee with regard to referral of these Non-Gazetted vacancies of various departments to the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board for recruitment. The said committee, at S.No. 1 of Annexure-A of recommendation(s) has cleared/approved 122 Non-Gazetted posts pertaining to Revenue Department.
Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to request commissioner/secretary to the Government, Revenue Department to refer these 122 Non-Gazetted posts through formal indent prescribed for the purpose to the Jammu and Kashmir services Selection Board within a period of 04 days for making selection of suitable candidates. The referral shall be made in terms of the Jammu and Kashmir Probationer (condition of service, pay and Allowances) and Fixation of tenure Rules, 2020 notified vide s.o. 92 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020 and other terms and conditions as made applicable to such referrals from time to time.
