Result/Score Sheet of candidates in Computer Based Written Test (CBT) Examination conducted from 27th October to 02 of November 2021, for various posts of various Departments advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos. 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01 of 2021.
Result/Score Sheet of candidates in Computer Based Written Test (CBT) Examination conducted from 27th October to 02 of November 2021, for various posts of various Departments advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos. 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01 of 2021.
1. Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JK SSB), conducted Computer Based Written Test (CBT) examination for various posts of various Departments advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos . 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01 of 2021, in multi sessions/slots papers from 27.10.2021 to 02-112021 and;
2. Whereas, the Board vide Notice no SSB/COE/CBT-II/2021/7357-65
dated 27-10-2021, notified procedure for compilation of examination scores for multi session/slot papers (Normalization procedure based on PERCENTILE SCORE), and;
3. Whereas, based on the performance of the candidates in Computer Based Written Test (CBT) examination held from 27.10.2021 to 02.11.2021, the result/score sheets have been prepared on the basis of Percentile Score by using Normalization Procedure as referred to herein above.
4. Now, therefore:
(i)The result/ score sheets, based on the performance of candidates who are appeared in the Computer Based Written Test (CBT) examination for different posts w.e.f 27.10.2021 to 02.11.2021, is hereby notified as Annexure “A” to this notification in alphabetical order.
(ii) Mere figuring in the result/ score sheet shall not entitle a candidate to be called for document verification or appear in the Select List and that he/she has to fulfil other eligibility conditions as laid down and decision of the Board in this regard shall be final.
(iii)The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board will call candidates falling in the consideration zone, based on the merit obtained by them for document verification. The schedule for Document Verification shall be notified separately.
5. It is further notified that
i. Any candidate desirous of making representation with regard to position assigned to him/her in the score sheet, may do so within five days through e-mail on official email address ssbjkgrievance@gmail.com. Such representation shall be disposed of in accordance with the extant Rules.
ii. In case, no representation is received, the score sheet as notified shall be treated as final. Further, the Board also reserves the right to make any corrections / changes in the records at any later date as may be found necessary Suo motto or on the request of the candidate(s) on the basis of documentary evidence, if any.
6. In addition, it is also notified for information of concerned candidates that the result for the posts for which CBT examination was held during the foresaid period and from 08.11.2021 to 12.11.2021 shall be published separately. By Order.
