Subject: Entrance Test to Five PG programmes (Zoology, Botany, EVS,
Mathematics and Physics) for the year 2021.
1. It is notified for Information of all the applicants who have applied for admission to Five PG programmes (Zoology, Botany, EVS, Mathematics and Physics) that the Entrance Test is scheduled on August 21, 2021.
To facilitate the applicants, there shall be two Entrance Test Centers, one at University of Kashmir, Srinagar and the other at BGSBU campus, Rajouri. All the applicants from Kashmir Division will be required to appear in the test center setup at the University of Kashmir and the remaining candidates will appear at the test Centre at BGSBU campus, Rajouri. However, there is a provision that in case, any candidate wishes to opt for any specific Center other than what has been notified as per policy given above, the applicant may contact the HoD of the concerned Department on the following contact details given below on or before August 18, 2021. No request after this date will be entertained.

2. Entrance test will be conducted in three different sessions which are as follows:
i. Session- I: (11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon) (Zoology and Physics)
ii. Session- II: (1:00 PM to 2:00 PM) (Botany and Mathematics)
iii. Session- III: (3:00 PM to 4:00 PM) (Environmental science)
3. Applicants can download the Admit Card with effect from August 16, 2021 (05:00 PM) from Admission portal link available on University website www.bgsbu.ac.in. The candidates are required to check the Admit Card for Reporting Time, allotted Venue of the Examination and other Instructions.
4. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured in the Entrance Test. However, in case of securing equal marks in the Entrance test, the merit will be determined on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, if available, otherwise it would be based on age where older in age will be given preference.
5. Transport facility will be made available to the candidates appearing in the entrance test at BGSBU Centre from U-Morh (opposite Peer Panjal Hotel), Rajouri.
6. It must be ensured that all mandatory Covid-19 related guidelines in vogue particularly wearing
of the mask by all concerned are followed.
7. All the question paper booklets used by the candidates will be returned to them. The
respective question paper keys of the different subjects will be uploaded on the
university website. The applicants may file objection, if any, on the veracity of the uploaded key along with valid documentary evidence to support the contention on
the email ID of the concerned subject HoD positively by August 23, 2021 by 3:00pm. Such complaints will be assessed by the subject Expert Committee and the revised key, if any, will be uploaded by the evening of August 23, 2021 on the university website. Any complain without any supporting documentary evidence or received after the expiry of the last date will not be entertained.
