"Are Graduates Eligible for Class IVth Posts?" JKSSB Chairman's Answer
Recently in a live interview to the Jammu-based news portal The Straight Line several questions were asked to the JKSSB Chairman Khalid Jehangir regarding the conduction, & selection procedure of the Class-IV exam.
Most of the YouTube and Bloggers quoted Chairman's answer out of context when he was asked about the eligibility criteria of the graduates, whether they're eligible for the said posts or not.
After Exams, the next business of the YouTubers in J&K is Are Graduate Eligible for Class IVth Posts Or Not Eligible? Some YouTubers are attributing it to JKSSB Chairman that he said Graduates aren't eligible. Let me clear you that neither he said Graduates aren't eligible nor he said that Graduates are eligible. When asked about eligibility of Graduates in Class IVth Posts, the only thing he quoted in the Interview is that "Eligibility We will Check / See at the time of Document Verification". He further added, that JKSSB is only a recruitment agency and has nothing to do with the formulation of eligibility criteria.
The Board is following what has been asked by the GAD to do with respect to the Advertisement Notifications. In other words the Board is following the rules dictated by the GAD. So don't pay heed to unnecessary rumours to further burden yourself with the tension. Stay connected with us & share this message also.
