Provisional select list of Mop-up round of up-gradation/ allotment
counselling (physical) of eligible candidates for admission to B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Paramedical / B.Sc Technology Courses-2020
Consequent upon the completion of Mop-up Physical round of up-gradation/ allotment counselling held from 22.02.2021 to 25.02.2021 at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu simultaneously for filling-up of unfilled seats for B.Sc Nursing/ B.Sc Paramedical/ B.Sc Technology Courses-2020 and the seats received as shortfall from the Government / Private Colleges/ Institutions, the provisional select list of eligible candidates so selected/ upgraded is annexed herewith as Annexure "A" to this notification which, however, shall be available on BOPEE website http:/www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The candidates so provisionally upgraded under mop-up round shall report to the respective allotted colleges by or before 28th of Feb.2021 (3.PM) along-with all requisite documents/ certificates. The Heads of the Colleges / Institutions are advised to furnish the list of candidates who have joined against allotted colleges on 28.02.2021 upto 5.00 PM through e-mail helpdeskjakbopeegmail.com/ coejakbopee@gmaill.com.
In accordance with Nursing Council of India schedule, the admissions will come to a close on 28th of Feb.2021 (4.00 PM) and no admission shall be made after the cut off date under any circumstances. The admission process shall be deemed to be closed accordingly for these courses.
Note:
1. The Board after conduct of counselling of all eligible Reserved Category candidates converted all these seats which remained unfilled during this round of counselling into open merit and allotted to the eligible open merit/reserved category candidates strictly on the basis of merit cum preference.
2. One seat under Persons with Disability (PwD) Category has been reserved under open merit category and allotted to the eligible candidate at Govt. College of Nursing, Shreenbagh, Srinagar subject to the condition that the College shall verify his eligibility of PwD along-with the authentication of PwD on its own.
3. The Heads of the Colleges/ Institutions are advised to admit the candidates who have been upgraded from one college/Institute to other without pressing for submission of documents/ certificates as all such candidates have already deposited their documents/ certificates in the colleges earlier allotted to them and shall be allowed to submit the same within one week from the cut-off date (28.02.2021).
4. The Heads of Colleges/ Institutions are requested to refund the fee deposited by the
upgraded candidates immediately to enable them to complete their admission
formalities without any difficulty before the cut-off date (28.02.2021) in the upgraded Institutions.
5. The Heads of the Colleges/ Institutions are also requested to keep their admission counters open even on holydays/ off days to enable the candidates to complete the
admission process. However, the candidates should in their own interest avoid
waiting for the last day to complete admission formalities as such delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.
6. The admission of candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any
information furnished by any candidate proves to be false / fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.
7. In case the Indian Nursing Council extends the cut-off date beyond 28.02.2021, the
Board shall notify the same separately.
8. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the Information
Brochure/ Notifications/ Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard.
