Subject: Merit List of OMR based Objective type Written Test of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) & Ex-serviceman (ESM) category candidates for the post of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat), conducted by J&K Services Selection Board on 10.11.2020.
Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board (JK SSB) vide advertisement Notice No. 02 of 2020 dated 06.07.2020, issued advertisement for district cadre posts of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) in the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj and;
Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board (JK SSB), conducted OMR based objective type written test for selection of candidates to the 1889 posts of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) in the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj on 10.11.2020 and;
Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board, received numerous queries from candidates who had appeared under sub category Persons with Disabilities (PwD) & Ex-Servicemen (ESM) regarding displaying/notifying their merit / score in the OMR based objective type written test, and;
Whereas, the matter was considered and the Board has accordingly decided to display / notify the overall merit of the candidates who had appeared under sub category Persons with Disabilities (PwD) & Ex-Servicemen (ESM) for the post of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat).
Now, therefore, based on the performance of candidates in the OMR based objective type written test, merit/score of the candidates who had appeared under (PwD) & (ESM) sub category for the post of Assistant (Panchayat) is hereby notified as Annexure “A” to this notification.
However, mere figuring in the result/ score sheet shall not entitle a
candidate to be shortlisted for document verification or get included in the Select List/Wait List. The reservation in respect of the aforesaid categories shall be worked out on Horizontal basis under extant rules governing the subject.
