JKBOPEE Para-Medical Courses 2020 Provisional Merit List Declared | Check Here
[J&K BoPEE] | Provisional Merit list of the candidates applied for admission to 12th based Para-Medical Courses-2020 (GNM & ANM) & objections, if any, thereof.
The Board vide Notification No. 030-BOPEE of 2020 dated 19.09.2020 read with Notice No.56-BOPEE of 2020 dated 07.10.2020 and Notice No.59-BOPEE of 2020 dated 13.10.2020, invited online applications from the eligible candidates of UT's of J&K/Ladakh for admission to 12th based para-medical-2020 including GNM/GNM Lateral Entry/ANM courses-2020. The Board has prepared provisional merit lists of candidates which are annexed as Annexure "A", Annexure "B" whereas the list of candidates who have applied for GNM courses under Lateral Entry with deficiencies is annexed as Annexure "C" to this Notification are available on official website of the Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in) only. The candidates, if any, who intent to submit representation against his/her position can do so upto 6th January, 2021 (04:00 P.M) failing which no claim whatsoever shall be entertained under any circumstances. The interested candidates can deposit their representations at BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar physically within the prescribed date. Further, the candidates who have deficiency of any required documents as shown in the list are advised to clear the same by or before 06-01-2021 (04:00 P.M) positively, otherwise their candidature shall be treated as cancelled on their own risk and responsibility.
Note:
1. The representations / deficient documents, if any, shall not be entertained through e-mail.
2. The provisional merit lists of the candidates has been prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination. In case of tie between candidates, same have been resolved by taking into account the date of birth of candidate's i.e. candidate older in age is preferred first.
3. The candidates must remain in touch with the official website of the Board, so as to be abreast
of the final schedule of counselling which shall be held physically at BOPEE office, Jammu/ Srinagar simultaneously and shall be notified separately after the deposition of objections/documents, if any received from intending candidates mentioned in the Annexure "A" "B" & "C", to this notification available on the official website of the Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in)
4. In case no objection(s) are received within the prescribed date and time by the Board, these provisional merit lists shall be deemed to be treated as final.
5. The candidates who have not submitted their Domicile Certificates as on date are advised to produce the same at the time of counselling. The other terms and conditions as laid down in the e-InformationBrochure/Notifications/Noticeshall remain same.
