Nowadays the viral picture purportedly showing Invigilator with a phone has been identified to be taken from the centre Higher Secondary School, Nanil in District Anantnag. Reports from the concerned officers, including observers, superintendent and invigilators pursued that actually the picture has been taken by somebody before the start of the exam.
The picture seems to have been clicked at 11:46 am while the invigilator was making the announcements as per the the manual instructions. As per the concerned officers it was revealed that the invigilator who is shown with the cell phone in his hand was keeping it for ascertaining the time in absence of a wrist watch.
Aspirants who entered in the JKSSB PAA Exam termed this a grave violation of the exam conduction rules. Aspirants demanded the merit list of the said above mentioned centre to be published separately so that it can come froth to general public whether the exam at the mentioned centre was conducted fairly or not.
JKSSB maintained that PAA exam was conducted fairly and peacefully across J&K. However, there are some instance of mismanagement at various centres. Overall exam was conducted in a fair manner. Also some fake or old pictures are making rounds on social media. Rumour-mongers are spreading these fake posts. There is no chance of re-exam. Keeping focusing on new exams ahead.
