NEET 2020 Cutoff J&K & Other Details

Admissions to all seats of Undergraduate Medical Courses will be done through 

NEET (UG) - 2020. 

Category of seats to be filled through NEET (UG)-2020 are

• All India Quota Seats

• State Government Quota Seats

• Central Institutions/Universities/Deemed Universities

• State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical / Dental /Ayurveda/Siddha /Unani /Homeopathy Colleges or any Private University

• State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical/ Dental Colleges or any Private/ Deemed University

• Central Pool Quota Seats

• All seats including NRI Quota as well as Management Quota, in private unaided/aided minority / non- minority medical colleges 

(a) Indian Citizens/Overseas Citizens of India intending to pursue Undergraduate Medical Courses from a foreign (Medical/Dental/Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homeopathy) Institute need to qualify 

NEET (UG) - 2020. 

(b) The Counselling for successful candidates under 15% All India Quota seats and all seats of Deemed Universities/Central Universities/Seats of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation(ESIC) & AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU, AMU, and AIIMS& JIPMER will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee of Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India(MCC/DGHS) for Undergraduate Medical Courses. The counselling for 

admission to the seats under the control of other States/Universities/Institutions shall be conducted as per the notifications issued separately by the authorities concerned.

Information regarding State Quota Seats: For State quota and other seats falling under the ambit of States, candidates may apply to their domicile states and merit list as per State rules and based on All India Rank will be prepared by concerned Counselling Authorities. The counselling for Private Medical Colleges will also be conducted by the concerned State Counselling Authority.

NEET 2020 Cutoff J & K - The regulatory authority, Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) is competent to release the J & K NEET cutoff 2020 after completion of all processes of counselling. Authorities will release the cutoff of J & K MBBS/BDS for 100% state quota seats. NEET cutoff J&K is the last rank and marks at which the admission to the particular college and category will be granted. The preparation of JK MBBS cutoff 2020 will be done on the basis of seat allotment list which will be released by the state counselling authority. Candidates must note that the Jammu and Kashmir do not take part in any centralized counselling session for 15% All India Quota seats (AIQ). Therefore, only the state counselling body will conduct the JKBOPEE MBBS Counselling session for all available seats in the government and private MBBS & BDS colleges.

NEET cutoff 2020 J & K - 100% State Quota seats

For admission to various medical and dental colleges of the state the cutoffs of J & K NEET will be prepared for 100% state quota seats. The cutoffs will be prepared after the completion of JKBOPEE MBBS counselling 2020 . Authorities will conduct three online rounds of counselling for admission in various MBBS/BDS colleges of Jammu & Kashmir on the basis of their seats availability. Since the cutoffs of this year have not been released by the authorities, applicants can go through the J & K MBBS cutoff previous years to set a target score to achieve for granting admission.
