In pursuance to the advertisement Notice No: – 01 of 2020 dated: – 24-07-2020 & Re-advertisement Notice No.:- 02 of 2020, dated: – 10-09-2020 for which written test was held on 28th of Sept. 2020 vide Notice No: – CMO/Rsi/733-741, Dated:- 21-09-2020 & interviews was held on 07th & 08th of Oct 2020 vide Notice No:- CMO/Rsi/769-776, Dated:- 01-10-2020 at CMO Office, Reasi, following candidates are provisionally selected against the available vacancies in Various healthcare/Training institutions in District Reasi:
Note:-
1. Selection lists are enclosed as Annexure “A”, “B” & “C” for the post of Jr. Staff Nurse, Jr. Pharmacist & Sister/Nursing Tutor respectively.
2. The candidate(s) will submit his/her joining in the office of undersigned within 21 days from the date of publication of this selection list.
3. Candidate(s) to bring all their original documents at the time of joining.
4. Candidates(s) to submit an undertaking & sign an affidavit with District Health Society, Reasi at the time of joining.
5. If any candidates(s) fails to submit his/her requisite documents within the stipulated period, his/her candidate shall deemed to be forfeited & candidate from the waiting list shall be considered.
