Uncertainty Clouds Board Exams Proposal for Class 10th, 11th and 12th
"Submission of registration forms is a routine practice it has not taken any decision to conduct these exams on time"
Chairperson BOSE Prof Veena pandita who recently announced the date of submission of registration forms for Class 10th, 11th, and 12th from the current academic year, has refused to clarify it whether these exams will be held this year or not.
When she was asked to clarify whether the examinations will be conducted for class 10th, 11th and 12th this academic year or not, she said, "Submission of registration forms is a routine practice it has not taken any decision to conduct these exams on time".
The chairperson's reply gave credence to the view expressed by the sources in the BOSE that the Board exams may not happen this year.
Sources in the department told news agency a final decision on whether or not to conduct the board exams from the current academic was yet to be taken. There are talks of postponing it to the next academic year.
