Basic Details with Tehsil, Block, panchayat, PIN code.
Qualification Details:
• Eligibility: Graduation with 50% Marks.
45% for Category Candidates.
Required Details:
• 10th: Percentage, Result Date(dd/mm/yy)
• 12th: Percentage, Result Date(dd/mm/yy)
• Graduation: College/ University Name, Result Date, percentage.
• PG (if any): Same details as Graduation.
• Preference for Which District Required & Exam Centre?
And Most important-
• One Email id and phone Number is mandatory for Registration.

• One Form Photo and Signature with Blue/Black pen
• If Domicile is issued, then submit
